Teen Book Club

The Teen Book Club is run by teens for teens! Join your fellow high school students and discuss books centred around a theme. Past themes have included "Book to Movie", "Banned Books", "Cult Classics", "Mysteries & Thrillers", "Authors From Around the World", and "Fantasy". Information meeting and new member registration takes place in October, and the Teen Book Club meets November, December, January, March, April, and May. Come join us!

The Teen Book Club is back and bigger and better than ever! The theme is Mystery & Crime and we’ve added an extra meeting so that there will be seven books to read, share and enjoy. Registration is open to High School Students only and will take place at the Information Night on Oct 17, 2011 at 7:30 in the Central Branch Auditorium. Members will vote on the six of seven titles to be read over the year, and the first title will be pre-selected and available for check out at the Information Night. Teen Book Club Meetings will be held in the Central Branch Boardroom from 7:30-8:30 on the following Mondays:
Fall Sessions: November 14, December 12, 2011
Winter Sessions: January 9, February 6, March 5, April 2, May 7, 2012.
