Charlotte Meissner
Acting CEO and Director, Corporate Services
As Acting CEO, Charlotte leads the planning and development of all our library services in Oakville. As Director, Corporate Services Charlotte manages our capital and operating budgets, works with the Town of Oakville to ensure our buildings are kept up to the highest standards, and ensures our library complies with all health and safety legislation.

Janice Kullas
Director, Service Planning & Development
Janice plans and manages public service functions and policies for our library system.

Pearl Raju
Director, Digital Access and Development
Pearl leads the development of all things digital in our library! She is responsible for planning
and recommending strategies to deliver the most up-to-date web and electronic services to better
serve you. Her role also supports the growth of our Community Information Service and Bibliographic
Services, the department that makes sure your favourite items get to the shelves. Please send any

Melissa Cameron
Manager, Marketing & Development
Melissa makes sure everyone knows about the wonderful things the library does and raises
the money to run some of our best programs and services. Our creative staff are always
coming up with new ways to serve the community, and that spurs the marketing and development
team on to find new ways to let everyone know about them!

Susan Kun
Manager, Adult Collections
Susan manages not only the Woodside Branch but also develops our adult collections. Our adult
collections are varied and diverse in content and format. Special Needs Services, including
selecting material for homebound customers, operates out of the Woodside Branch.

Lorna Young
Manager, Bibliographic Services
One of our clients referred to Bibliographic Services as "the guts of the Library!". Lorna manages the
staff that order, catalogue and package the titles that you see in our branches. She also oversees the
interlibrary loans service and some of the activities relating to overdue and lost items.
